Nothing sheepish about Tiny Tim

EWE little beauty. Visitors and staff at a Hampshire country park a making a big fuss over their latest tiny arrival.

The little lamb, christened Tiny Tim, measures just nine inches high. He is so small his mum didn't even realise she'd had him at first.

Tim was a twin born just days ago at Manor Farm Country Park in Bursledon, but while his brother was a perfectly normal size, he arrived weighing just 3.5 pounds, making him the smallest lamb the working Victorian-age farm has ever seen. Despite his diminutive size, the youngster is healthy and has already proved a big hit at handling time with children visiting the farm.

"He's a third of the size of his brother, which is very unusual," said Marlene Norris, from Manor Farm.
