No two Commando fit classes in Winchester and Southampton are ever the same - we vary the exercises and the format to keep you interested and so your body doesnt become too used to doing the same things. On a typical class we might go for a gentle jog together to warm up, followed by a set of exercise circuits appropriate to your current level of fitness to really get your body moving, then followed by some stretches and a warm down. Other days we might do interval training and some days an assault course!
