A popular Hampshire pub that closed suddenly last week could be set to reopen.
As reported in the Daily Echo, The Wheatsheaf Inn in Titchfield was boarded up on Monday with a note on the door apologising for the closure.
But a banner has now appeared on the front of the pub announcing that it will re-open on Monday.
A message from one of the pub’s managers has also appeared on a social networking page, saying that the pub will once again open its doors to customers next week.
The pub’s owners, Portsmouth-based County Caterers, have refused to comment on the possible reopening.
