Detectives are appealing for witnesses following an assault in Andover on Friday, 2 November .
The incident occurred outside Chickoland in Winchester Street at about 2.20am.
A 21-year-old man from Tidworth was punched and kicked resulting in facial injuries.
He was taken to the Royal Hants Hospital in Winchester for treatment and has since been discharged.
Det Con Paul Harfield from Andover CID said: “There were a lot of people in the area at the time of this assault and we would like these people to make contact with us so that we can build a picture of what has happened.”
