Tadley teenager formally identified after death crash

POLICE have confirmed the name of the Tadley teenager who died in a collision with a car.
Sam Owen Belcher, 15, of Bowmonts Road, was walking in Silchester Road, Pamber Heath, at 2.30am on Friday, December 21 when he was in collision with a black Ford KA.
The driver, an 18-year-old Tadley woman, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and bailed until March 21 next year.
