Man cut out of car at Alencon Link, Basingstoke.

EMERGENCY services have been dealing with an accident on Alencon Link in Basingstoke.
The smash occurred on the road between the roundabout at the bottom of Chapel Hill and Victory Roundabout. It was near the ramp from the Festival Place and Malls car parks.
A man has been cut from a black Renault Clio car and traffic from Victory Roundabout had to be blocked off during the operation by firefighters and ambulance personnel.
