Two die in Whitchurch crash

TWO motorists have died in a crash in Whitchurch this morning.
The collision took place at 6.44am on Twinley Lane, close to its junction with Roman Road. It involved a silver Renault Clio and a green Ford Mondeo.
The female driver of the Clio and the male driver of the Mondeo were pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers have closed Roman Road from its junction with Newbury Road and the B3051 to recover the vehicles and investigate the scene.
