FOURTEEN homeowners across Winchester district are opening their doors on Sunday in the latest Open Green House day.
Organised by Winchester Action on Climate Change, visitors will be able to see how other local people save energy, save money and stay warm.
Between them, the homes showcase energy-saving measures including solar panels, solid wall insulation, low energy lighting, double and triple glazing, air source heat pumps and more.
Clusters of homes of various ages in different parts of Winchester city, Micheldever, Sutton Scotney and Colden Common, will include new homes for the first time as well as Victorian terraced housing and 20th century buildings.
Opening times, 1.30pm-5pm. For a full list of homes visit winacc.org.uk/greenhouse.
