POLICE are appealing for information and witnesses after a man was seen indecently exposing himself in an Andover car park on Friday.
A 41-year-old woman saw the man on the third floor of the Chantry Centre multi-storey car park, committing an indecent act at about 1.05pm. The man is described as white, aged in his 20s, about 5ft 11ins tall with short dark hair. He was wearing a dark-coloured t-shirt and dark-coloured jeans.
The woman shouted at him and he ran off down the stairs.
PC Ray Cox said: “Friday afternoons are usually busy in Andover so someone may have seen this man acting suspiciously or running down the stairs.
“If you know who this person could be, please contact me.”
