FEEDBACK is invited on proposed designs for a new mobile ‘event space’.
Winchester City Council, in partnership with the Business Improvement District, has commissioned a portable venue to be used across the district.
The structure could be erected in parks and open spaces and provide a venue for music or plays.
Local communities have told the council that they need covered spaces for day to day gatherings as well as more formal occasions.
Three designs have been short-listed and they are on display in Winchester’s Tourist Information Centre, Bishop’s Waltham Parish Council until September 30 and Wickham Co-op until September 22.
The council has short-listed three designs from Winchester firm Design Engine, GTMS and What Architecture.
