A MUM born with a congenital heart condition will be joining scores of fundraisers on Southampton Common tomorrow, to show her support for the British Heart Foundation.
Jennie Watson, 35, pictured right, and below with her son, Adam, was diagnosed with heart disease at the tender age of 11 and went on to have open heart surgery.
The Southampton project manager for IBM said: "I'm supporting the BHF as it's time to give something back. I've had so much help from them over the years and I'm so lucky to be in a healthy situation now. And the icing on the cake is that I now have a two- year-old-boy, Adam. He's my little miracle."
The starting gun for tomorrow's Southampton Sprint sounds at 6pm. Participants can choose to jog 3k or 6k.
