A HIP-HOP fan has been ordered to pay a total of £365 for playing R Kelly, and Tupac, pictured, records too loud.

Aaron Evans, of Monks Way, Swaythling, blasted out I Believe I Can Fly and Changes in the middle of the morning in breach of a noise abatement notice served just weeks earlier by Southampton City Council.

Magistrates fined him £200 and ordered he pay £150 costs and £15 to the Government's Victims Fund.

His choice of 'music' is hardly relevant.
And this is yet another tedious minor offence 'story'. Not news. Next!

Sadly, the cost to the Council (tax payer) of bringing this person to court was thousands, not the tiny fine and costs which the magistrates have deemed fit to dole out.

I think that the author meant to say "Too loudly". Again, dreadful grammar from this paper. Why does someone not edit and spell check these guys?

Did Tu-Pac do an R'n'B version of "Here's the church, Here's the steeple"? cos his picture would suggest that.
