A HIP-HOP fan has been ordered to pay a total of £365 for playing R Kelly, and Tupac, pictured, records too loud.

Aaron Evans, of Monks Way, Swaythling, blasted out I Believe I Can Fly and Changes in the middle of the morning in breach of a noise abatement notice served just weeks earlier by Southampton City Council.

Magistrates fined him £200 and ordered he pay £150 costs and £15 to the Government's Victims Fund.
