Here is their statement in full: “We were called shortly before 10am to a report of a collision involving two vehicles on Spring Road in Southampton.

“No-one was injured.”

Spring Road has been subject to road works in recent months, after several crashes occurred on the busy Southampton road.

Traffic calming measures are being installed in a bid to reduce the amount of accidents in the future.

A Spring Road resident previously told the Echo she had three cars wrecked outside her home due to crashes.
