ONE million metres in 100 days.
That’s the colossal challenge being undertaken by Geraint Watts in a mission to raise money for wounded servicemen hurt on the frontline.
Geraint, from Bassett, decided to embark on the challenge on an indoor rower in aid of Help for Heroes after being made redundant from his job as account manager earlier this year. He was inspired by marine Ben McBean who completed the London Marathon after losing an arm and leg following an explosion in Afghanistan.
The strenuous challenge is almost complete but there’s still chance to sponsor Geraint by visiting justgiving.com/geraintwatts h4h
