Historic fort closed
ONE of Hampshire's historic forts remains closed today due to the freezing conditions.
Bosses at Fort Nelson in Fareham have taken the decision to keep the doors closed due to the treacherous conditions on the roads, which has prevented staff and the public accessing the site.
The situation will be reviewed on Monday.
