THIEVES stole scrap metal worth hundreds of pounds after breaking into sheds in a north Hampshire village.
Between 9pm and 9.40pm on Monday, February 8, thieves targeted six sheds and outbuildings at two addresses in Knightsbridge Drive, Headley.
They stole gardening equipment and around £150 worth of scrap metal including boxes of brass and copper.
PC Glen Willis, of the Whitchurch Targeted Patrol Team, said: “These burglaries happened in a quiet area that is close to a busy main road.
“We believe a silver or grey vehicle may have been involved in these burglaries and we would ask anyone with information to contact us as soon as possible.”
Anyone with information can contact PC Willis at Whitchurch police station on 101 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
