POLICE are growing increasingly concerned about the welfare of a missing Bramley pensioner.

Jack Daughters, 89, was last seen at his home in Coopers Lane at around 10am on Easter Monday.

Mr Daughters, who suffers from Alzheimer’s and requires daily medication, has gone missing once before and on that occasion he travelled to London by train.

He is described as around 5ft 8ins tall, of medium build, with grey hair.

Mr Daughters is thought to be wearing brown shoes, blue pin stripe trousers, a green crew neck jumper and a tweed sports jacket and flat cap.

PC David Cook, of the Basingstoke Targeted Patrol Team, said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Mr Daughters’ welfare and want to hear from anyone who has seen him or knows where he might be.

“He doesn’t have his medication with him and he may have become confused or disorientated.

“We would also appeal directly to Mr Daughters to contact us to let us know he is safe and well.”

Anyone with information can contact PC Cook at Basingstoke police station on 101 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
