FIREFIGHTERS in Southampton were called to a car fire in the early hours of this morning.
A crew of four from Hightown fire station headed to Upper Northam Drive, at around 1.48am, where they found a BMW convertible engulfed in flames.
It took them 30 minutes to put out the fire, which completely destroyed the front of the car.
The blaze it being treated as suspicious and a joint investigation into the cause has been launched by the fire service and police.
