TWO men arrested after the death of an Odiham teenager in a hit-and-run incident have been rebailed.
Jack Bland, 19, was walking in heavy rain along the A287 near the Broad Oak roundabout near Odiham when he was hit by a car in the early hours of Sunday, September 11.
A passer-by found the former Robert May’s School pupil by the side of the road. He was taken to Basingstoke hospital where he later died.
Two 19-year-olds, one from Hook and one from Alton, were arrested at the time on suspicion of manslaughter and bailed until today.
They have been told to return to a police station on Friday, January 27 next year.
