AN elderly Southampton man feared missing by police has been found - after he wandered into a police station this morning.
Concerns mounted for 76-year-old Geoffrey Vallance after he supposedly disappeared on Thursday afternoon (5th Oct).
The pensioner had last been seen driving his red Volkswagen Polo in the Southampton area.
But after hearing police appeals on a local radio station, Mr Vallance dispelled rumours when he walked into Shirley police station today (Sunday).
Setting the story straight, Mr Vallance told officers he had simply been out and about.' A police spokesperson confirmed that Mr Vallance was fit and healthy.
