MEMBERS of Test Valley Borough Council’s northern area planning committee have been recommended to approve an application for a Wimpy bar in Andover High Street, despite 88 letters of objection to the change of use from retail.
Objectors claimed that additional rubbish would result from the establishment and lead to an increase in pollution.
