CHILDREN who have at least one parent currently away from the family home on military duty got the chance to forget their worries for the day and have fun in Tidworth.

A circus day organised by charity My Daddy is a Soldier Adventures was held at Tidworth Garrison Theatre and run by Juggletastic and ATE Superweeks.

During the day the children got to learn how to juggle, experience a live show and learn more tricks of the trade from the circus experts.

Louise Fetigan and Linda Trickett founded the charity after they trekked Snowdon with their daughters. As Army wives and mums they realised that their daughters needed a focus while their daddies were away serving in Afghanistan.
