Winchester charity appeals for donations for weekend fundraiser sale
WINCHESTER charity Friends of the Family are appealing for donations of bric-a-brac, unwanted gifts, books, cakes and jams for a sale on Saturday September 15.
Non-perishable items will be gratefully received at the Friends of the Family office, 16 Colebrook Street, from Monday September 10.
Home-made produce can be donated on Friday the 14th but preferably on the day and must be securely covered.
Anyone able to lend a hand for an hour or two at the sale – to be held in St Maurice’s Covert next to Debenhams between 9am-3pm contact 01962 864466 or email friendsofthefamily@btinternet.com.
