RUNNING a marathon is a gruelling task but not for Marc Nicholas who ran almost two marathons on a treadmill in aid of the Army Benevolent Fund.
On Friday March 1 Mark completed 50 miles at Tesco Express in Ludgershall on a treadmill in store.
The ABF provides financial assistance to all soldiers and their families when in need. This assistance stretches to when soldiers leave the Army.
Half of the charity’s money is given directly to individuals to help in areas such as debt relief, mobility assurance, education bursaries, care home fees and respite breaks.
