ENGINEERING works will mean train lines between Basingstoke and Salisbury will be closed over the weekend.
The closures on Saturday (4) and Sunday (5) will affect Andover, Whitchurch and Overton stations.
Trains between London Waterloo, Salisbury and Exeter will be diverted between Basingstoke and Salisbury to run via Southampton Central. Trains from London Waterloo will start about 30 minutes earlier than normal so the normal timetable can run west of Salisbury.
Replacement bus services will run between Basingstoke and Salisbury via Andover.
