More from the Southampton Crown Court brothel trial

The blonde escort girl was asked about when she joined Panache and whether the contract she was asked to sign stated that they should never engage in illegal or immoral activities, to which she agreed.

Asked whether Moir had ever told her to sleep with the men, she said no', but added: "No man is going to pay you that amount of money just for company."

She was then asked whether all dates' she had with clients ended in sex, to which she replied: "Ninety-nine per cent of the time there was some sexual acts involved. Very rarely not. In fact I can only remember two occasions when there was no sexual activity."

She was then asked about special' services she was asked to provide to clients and said they ranged from being asked not to use condoms, which she said she refused to do, to fetishes including one called foot worship.' Also giving evidence was another of the agency's punters who told how he had used the service seven or eight times in four-months after breaking up with his girlfriend.

Asked how the meetings went, he said: "I just met up with a lady, paid them and then had sex."

The prosecution then questioned whether he had ever stated on the phone to Moir that he wanted a girl for sex, but he said no, adding that he had just asked for a girl.

Prosecutor Stephen Parish the asked whether there had ever been any misunderstanding as to what he wanted the girls for, to which he replied no'.

Further evidence, due to finish today, came from an undercover police officer, known only as Lou', who had conducted the sting operation on Moir.

The jury were played a recording of a meeting between Moir and Lou which was secretly taped. During the meeting Lou is pretending to be a girl looking for work as an escort, saying she had run into trouble with catalogue debts and wanted to earn some cash without her boyfriend knowing.

Moir then tells Lou how one of her current girls started for the same reason and had owed £26,000 though managed to pay it off in under a year. She added that not only did she manage to pay off her debts, but buy a new house and sports car too.

She then says the trick is to get the clients to want to come back. Moir says: "A lot of it is down to the girls. If you make them like you then they will want more hours.

"If you can get five or six regulars then that's your bread and butter."

However she also warns her that: "Whatever happens during the hour, they are only paying for your company."
