SIX people have been charged for a violent attack on a Southampton bus and its driver.
Detectives have charged four youths and two 18-year-olds for assaulting Tibor Templom as he drove his bus through Lordswood late at night.
The 41-year-old victim had to undergo surgery for injuries to his face and also suffered injuries to his arms and back from the attack when he stopped his bus in Lordshill Way, near Coxford Road.
Two of the youths arrested are aged 17 and the others are aged 15 and 16. All come from Southampton.
All the suspects have been charged with violent disorder and one 17-year-old has also been charged with grievous bodily harm after the attack in May this year.
The two adults facing charges are Craig Stride, from Chelveston Crescent, Southampton and Luke Foss from Duttons Road in Romsey.
All except Foss will go before magistrates on Thursday, November 13. Foss will appear in court on November 18.
