A LORRY driver escaped with minor injuries when his articulated truck overturned on the M271 at Nursling.
Police said the driver who is believed to be based in the West Midlands was taken to Southampton General Hospital for treatment to a "minor back injury" following Monday evening's accident.
The Daf truck tipped over on its side blocking two southbound lanes of the motorway for about four hours.
