The Romsey Support Group of the Action for Children charity held their 24th Sponsored Swim at the Rapids of Romsey on Saturday.

This year 32 swimmers ttook the plunge, raising more £1,390.

The swimmers completed a total of 2,300 lengths during the two hours.

All the money raised will be sent to Action for Children who are currently supporting over 180,000 children, young people and their families in over 450 projects throughout the country.

The support group would like to thank all the swimmers and their sponsors plus helpers on the night and the staff of the Rapids.
