There will not be a full house as the season ticket holders who have sons that have qualified for the tyro league cup finals cannot attend as the league have arranged to play these at 2pm and 4pm on the same day as saints are fighting for their lives.My family have attended every game this season and because of the tyros complete lack of football knowledge in the area cannot attend this vital match.Why not postpone the finals till saturday 17th may at 3pm or does somebody put portsmouth before the saints.Come on tyro please see sense and help the saints.I know of 15 people from one team who are season ticket holders.There is a real possibility one team will not be turning up for their finals.Think how the report in the echo will be when the pictures appear with only a couple of teams turning up for your big final day at Blackfield.

It is easy to be negative and criticise, but more difficult to make a positive contribution! I have checked through what I have written, and cannot see where I have done any name calling! Explain please! Of course, your comments about Nick could not be construed as \'name calling\' could they! You say that \'fans use him because he puts himself forward\'! To me, that indicates that they want him to speak on their behalf! They probably do so, because he is articulate, and they consider him to be the best person to put forward their views and opinions, which is what I said! If Non-supporters laugh at Nick, does that worry you? There are probably a lot of readers of your posts that are laughing at your spelling, which should give you more cause for concern!

I apologise for suggesting your name was Yew Pratt, but thought you would qualify for the title when you First accused me of being Nick! So you claim you never said the fans use him (Nick). Can't say I agree, and this is getting very silly!

I do not say things lightly and know many fans of many club who do ask who is that plonker. If you know he would be happy with this good, for you.

Though it is sad that Nick or yourself think only you guys, have the only way best for the club, and everyone else needs to be shown the light buy Nick or yourself. So sad, and for the record there others who could do a better job, if and you miss this point. If we really need a singular person to repersent Southampton F.C.. There will 30,000+ tomorrow doing just that!

Anyway we are both Saints fans, so please let just support them for now....surely we can agree on this?

I'd worry about your sorry form if i were you with the cup final coming up in a fortnight. You've got Fulham coming down next weekend and they're fighting for their lives too! You won't get to Europe through your league position so the pressure on you at Wembley will be immense and as the underdogs, Cardiff have nothing to lose. I think you will end up with f**k all. Hopefully we'll have the memory of our late escape from the jaws of disaster to sustain us through the summer.

Thing is Tony, as people always turn up for funeral and talk about how great the deceased was and wanting to say a final 'goodbye', so many people, who have not set foot in SMS for ages, will turn up to say 'goodbye' to Champions League football and talk about the 'good times'!
They will talk about how, twelve months back, it was play-offs, now it is relegation!
They will talk of all the youngsters with talent that have been sold, and the lesser talent 'Ali Dia' that has been brought in!
Mention will be made of a succession of managers who were given no financial backing!
Conversation will mention the talent that has occupied the Chairman's chair!
There will be tears, and promises of undying love, and next season you will find that the season tickets have not been renewed!
