THE time has come to cast your vote for this season's Southern Daily Echo Player of the Year.

Saints could still win promotion to the Premier League via the playoffs, to cap off a thrilling Championship season filled with ups and downs.

Russell Martin's side take on West Brom, who they have already beaten twice already this season, in the semi-finals, starting on Sunday, May 12.

Vote for your Saints Player of the Year 2023-24

They won 87 points during the regular season, just one point less than Nigel Adkins' promotion-winning heroes achieved in 2011-12.

Roméo Lavia is the current holder of the Southern Daily Echo Player of the Year award, which has also been won by the likes of James Ward-Prowse, Matt Le Tissier and Mick Channon.

Goalkeeper Alex McCarthy is the only previous winner still a part of Southampton's squad having won the accolade back in 2017-18.

Voting closes on Thursday, May 16 at 7PM.
