LIVE - Basingstoke Town v Staines Town
2:33pm Saturday 12th January 2013 in Hampshire Sport By John Boyman
This live event has finished
4:53pm
FULL-TIME - Basingstoke Town 3 Staines Town 1
That's three wins in a row for Town, having gone behind in all three games. They were well worth the three points, out-fighting a decent Staines side.
However, the three injuries and red card will be a concern going forward.
Elsewhere, it's also a big day for Basingstoke RFC, who beat Chichester 26-16 in a massive game at Down Grange. Reading came from two goals behind to beat West Brom 3-2, while Southampton won 1-0 at Aston Villa.
See The Monday Gazette for full reports and reaction from all of today's games.
4:51pm
RED CARD - Staines Town - Will Bor
That's the teams levelled up as Bor gets a second booking for a late challenge in the Town half. Another soft sending-off.
4:50pm
Town have reshuffled again, with Tim Sills filling in at centre-back. Staines have four minutes of stoppage-time to get back into this.
4:47pm
Jordan Brown lets fly following a bit of a scramble in the Town area, and it takes a good block to deny him a goal.
4:43pm
RED CARD - Basingstoke Town - Ross Adams
Town will have to play out the final five minutes with 10 men - and that's a soft dismissal.
Staines defender Jordan Brown embarks on a powerful run but seems to intentionally run into Adams on the edge of the area. The referee awards a free-kick and shows the Town defender a second yellow. A poor decision.
4:41pm
Town are enjoying a spell of pressure, frustrating the visitors.
4:33pm
More good interplay from the Staines forwards leads to an opening for Tony Garrod but his shot is off target.
4:32pm
SUBSTITUTION - Staines Town - Adam Francis on for Scott Taylor
4:31pm
Louis-Rae Beadle lets fly from range but it's well wide of Ashley Bayes' goal.
4:28pm
YELLOW CARD - Staines Town - Jack Mills
Mills is booked for a pull on Simon Dunn as the Town man looked to make a run down the left.
4:26pm
A nice one-two puts David Wheeler in behind the Town defence, but his angled drive is kept out by the legs of Ashley Bayes.
4:24pm
SUBSTITUTION - Basingstoke Town - Jide Ogunbote on for Matt Warner
That's a third enforced substitution, with Warner off after suffering a blow to the face. This means a reshuffle, with Ogunbote slotting into midfield, Stuart Lake moving to centre-back and Jay Gasson taking over at left-back.
4:21pm
YELLOW CARD - Basingstoke Town - Ross Adams
Adams is booked for his part in a fracas following a foul on Jay Gasson.
4:10pm
GOAL - Basingstoke Town 3 Staines Town 1 - Jay Gasson (49 min)
Town score from the resulting corner though, Gasson rising unmarked to power home Jordace Holder-Spooner's excellent flag-kick.
4:09pm
Close to a third for the hosts as Jordace Holder-Spooner does well down the right side of the area before squaring the ball for Manny Williams. His snap-shot is somehow kept out by the legs of Jack Turner, who got in the way more than making a save.
4:04pm
KICK-OFF
Basingstoke get the second-half under way.
4:00pm
Elsewhere, Basingstoke RFC are leading promotion rivals Chichester 14-6 at half-time, Freddie Gleadowe getting the only try of the game so far.
Reading are 1-0 down to Romelu Lukaku's goal for visiting West Brom, while Rickie Lambert's penalty has Southampton ahead at Aston Villa.

3:54pm
The bad news for Town are the injuries to Delano Sam-Yorke and Shaun McAuley. Let's hope they're not too serious, but McAuley's looked a bad one.
3:48pm
HALF-TIME - Basingstoke Town 2 Staines Town 1
A thoroughly entertaining first-half and for the third game running, Town have come from behind to take the lead.
It's been open and Staines play some lovely stuff around the box, so I'd suggest there will be more goals.
3:46pm
Couple of half-chances for the visitors as the half comes to an end. First Tony Garrod has a shot well blocked on the edge of the area and then Jay Gasson does well to cut out David Wheeler's dangerous low cross.
3:45pm
The resulting free-kick is taken by Matt Warner, who forces Jack Turner into a decent save, though it was on the 'keeper's side.
3:44pm
SUBSTITUTION - Basingstoke Town - Jordace Holder-Spooner on for Shaun McAuley
That's the end of the game for McAuley though, who seems to have hurt his ankle and is carried into the changing rooms on a stretcher.
3:43pm
YELLOW CARD - Staines Town - Will Bor
Shaun McAuley is nearly in the clear and Bor takes him down from behind just outside the area. The referee signals a free-kick and shows the defender a yellow card, probably the right decision as the ball had bounced away.
3:40pm
Town work an opening for Wes Daly but he's off-balance and fires over from the edge of the area.
3:36pm
GOAL - Basingstoke Town 2 Staines Town 1 - Tim Sills (36 min)
Could it be a third come-from-behind victory in three games? That's a brilliant cross from Matt Warner, right on to Sills' head, and the big striker makes no mistake from close range.
3:36pm
Lewis Ferrell shoots from the edge of the area. Ashley Bayes is beaten but pleased to see the ball roll narrowly wide.
3:34pm
Tim Sills gets up to head at goal from the edge of the area but Jack Turner has it covered.
3:34pm
Half-chances at either end. First Manny Williams gets a toe to Matt Warner's pass but fails to deflect the ball beyond Jack Turner, while, at the other end, Tony Garrod sees his effort from the edge of the area blocked by his own man.
3:29pm
GOAL - Basingstoke Town 1 Staines Town 1 - Shaun McAuley (27 min)
And the hosts are level. The ball breaks to Simon Dunn on the left side of the area and while his right-footed shot is far from convincing, McAuley is there to force it home from close range.
3:24pm
There was a hit of offside about the Staines goal, with David Wheeler seeming to be beyond the last defender. Not a great deal of complaint from the Town players though.
3:20pm
SUBSTITUTION - Basingstoke Town - Manny Williams on for Delano Sam-Yorke
That's a big blow for the hosts. Sam-Yorke pulled up clutching his hamstring as he chased a loose ball and immediately sat down on the bench. He was the in-form man, with six goals in two games, but on comes Williams, who has a good record at this level.
3:13pm
GOAL - Basingstoke Town 0 Staines Town 1 - Louis-Rae Beadle (13min)
Town will have to come from behind again. This time it's a good move from Staines, with a few one touch passes leading to David Wheeler getting through. His angled effort smacks against the crossbar but the ball falls kindly for Beadle to convert on the rebound.
3:12pm
Couple of half-opportunities for Town. First Simon Dunn does well down the left before putting in a cross that is cut out just before it reaches Tim Sills, while Shaun McAuley then has a shot that Jack Turner beats away.
3:01pm
Tim Sills loops in a header but it's easy for Jack Turner in the Staines goal.
2:59pm
KICK-OFF
Staines get the game under way. They are shooting towards the Town End in the first-half.
2:57pm
The teams emerge onto the field. It's a dull afternoon in north Hampshire but the rains appears to be holding off.
Some areas of the pitch, particulary where the sides warmed up, are already quite cut up though.

TEAM NEWS
Town manager Jason Bristow makes just one change to his starting line-up. Rob Rice clearly hasn't overcome a calf injury, so Nathan Smart comes in at right-back.
There's a sight for sore eyes on the bench, Jide Ogunbote returning after an eight-month lay-off. Fellow midfielder Nathan Campbell has joined Chesham on loan.

Good afternoon and welcome to live updates from the Camrose, where Basingstoke Town are hosting Staines Town in the Blue Square Bet South.
