Pair beat the freeze to close in on final spot

TRON and Hook made sure a Basingstoke League side will be in the final of the Hampshire Junior A Cup as the pair will face each other in the semis after winning their quarter-final ties on Saturday.

While all matches in Basingstoke were postponed due to the frozen pitches, Tron won on the Isle of Wight and Hook did the same in Bournemouth.

Victory for either club in the final four will see them in action in the final at Winklebury in April.
