Eastleigh boss has sleepless night after latest defeat

TROUBLED Eastleigh boss Ian Baird barely got a wink of sleep on Saturday night after watching his nose-diving Spitfires crash 4-0 at newly-promoted Billericay Town – their third straight Blue Square Bet South defeat.

Having been physically overpowered by Dover, Eastleigh had put in a massively improved midweek performance at Dorchester only for poor finishing to let them down.

But their old failings came back to haunt them big time in Essex where they struggled to get to grips with Billericay’s physical approach and committed defensive hara-kiri to go in 2-0 down at the break.

What does he expect at this level of football.

Pretty football has it's place but we also need a TEAM thet will roll it's sleeves up and mix it with the rough boys.
